1.      You shouldn’t be aggressive with your fitness program when you join. Because you take too much then start thinking that exercising is not your cup of tea and get de-motivated. Start slowly and gradually which will take.

2.      You need to have a detailed plan. For perfect fitness plan, better visit a professional where you will get the right guidance.

3.      Have realistic goal which are attainable. Beware of the “hype” commercials which may lead you to the wrong path.

4.      Keep a track about your exercises and nutrition you are taking as they are equally important. This will help you with your progress.

5.      Skipping breakfast or any meal is not going to help you at all. People make a great mistake thinking that they should skip their lunch or breakfast.

6.      If some said that to avoid “fat” foods then he/she is absolutely wrong. Eat healthy fats to lose fats as they are necessary for your body. Good healthy fats would be “monounsaturated” and “polyunsaturated” like sunflower oil or olive oil as example.

7.      Plenty of fresh water. But no tea, caffeine, soda or juices on the plan.
